Install DeAR OPs

DeAR OPs is a web-based application that can be installed on compatible smartphones, tablets, and computers. No app store purchase or separate download is required.

Once installed, DeAR OPs opens like a regular application, giving your team convenient access to scheduling, staff assignments, recovery records, and field operations.

Step 1 — Open DeAR OPs

Use the application link provided in your license email.

Step 2 — Install on Your Device

Android — Phone or Tablet

  1. Open DeAR OPs in Google Chrome.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Install app or Add to Home screen.

  4. Follow the installation prompt.

  5. Open DeAR OPs from your home screen.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open DeAR OPs in Safari.

  2. Tap the Share button.

  3. Select Add to Home Screen.

  4. Choose Add to confirm.

  5. Launch DeAR OPs from your home screen.

Windows or Mac Computer

  1. Open DeAR OPs in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

  2. Look for the Install icon in the address bar or browser menu.

  3. Select Install and follow the prompts.

  4. Launch DeAR OPs from your applications or desktop.

You can also use DeAR OPs directly in your browser without installing it.

Step 3 — Activate Your Company License

  1. Open DeAR OPs.

  2. Sign in with your Google account.

  3. Enter the Season Code from your license email when requested.

  4. Complete your company's initial setup or connect to an existing organization.

Your company's Season Code can be used across multiple devices. Each user's Google email must be authorized for the organization.

Step 4 — Configure Your Workspace

For a new organization, follow the guided setup to connect your Google account, Google Sheet, and Google Form, configure intake questions, and add your staff.

Existing team members can connect using their authorized Google account and the company's current Season Code.

Working in the Field

DeAR OPs supports offline operation for supported field workflows. Open the application and synchronize your records before heading into areas with limited connectivity.

Changes made offline can synchronize when your device reconnects. Do not clear your browser's app data while unsynchronized changes remain.
